Open Positions

Server

Key Duties:

- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service

- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver items in a timely manner

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions

- Handle payments and process transactions accurately

- Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set for new guests

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns

Front Desk Associate

Key Duties:

- Welcome and check in guests with a friendly and professional attitude

- Manage lane reservations, shoe rentals, and game card purchases

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with event bookings

- Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment

- Process payments for games, food, and retail items

- Provide information about promotions, events, and center policies

- Assist with party check-ins and group events

Line Cook

Key Duties:

- Prepare food items according to recipes, portion standards, and guest requests

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and supply restocking

- Collaborate with servers and bartenders to ensure timely service

Must have current Food Handlers Certificate

Bartender

Key Duties:

- Greet and engage guests with a welcoming attitude

- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes

- Maintain knowledge of drink menu, specials, and promotions

- Check guest identification to verify age requirements for alcohol service

- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

- Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times

- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns

Bowling Mechanic

Key Duties:

- Maintain and repair pinsetters, ball returns, scoring systems, and other bowling equipment

- Perform daily inspections of mechanical systems to ensure safety and functionality

- Respond quickly to lane malfunctions and minimize downtime

- Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance

- Keep accurate maintenance logs and report major repair needs

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and equipment guidelines

- Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades
