In 2003, this bowling alley was originally called Imperial Lanes. This original idea was to have a family entertainment complex here in Lake Wales in the Eagle Ridge Mall.

This 45,000 square feet facility makes up this recreation station containing a 32-lane bowling alley, a 6,000 square foot game room with more than 80 video games, and a sports bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

It was not just a traditional bowling center. Imperial Lanes Bowling was suited for families and children.

In 2011, it was bought by Mike Monroe and then renamed to First Frame.

Although the Imperial Lanes Bowling Era was over, the memories created there and at that precise instant were kept.

You can still play bowling and arcade games with the new management.

First Frame had a new look and feel for the restaurant and the games facility.

First Frame included a glow in the dark laser tag section giving families an additional reason to visit!

In June 2022, Thomas Joseph Shultz and Esteban Nina obtained the keys and renamed the facility Lake Wales Bowling.

Lake Wales Bowling aims to keep the bowling alley with that family fun charm.

This family friendly sports bar has two pool tables, two brand new electronic dart boards, and the latest Golden Tee Golf sit-down arcade game to continue the entertainment.
